The scope of services and pricing will be defined in proposals, contracts, or service agreements.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments must follow the terms stated in invoices or service agreements.

  • Project services may require advance payment

  • Monthly advertising management services are billed at the start of each cycle

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary access to advertising platforms

  • Supply accurate information and business assets

  • Approve campaign materials in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, and marketing materials remain the property of Johnson Ads Media until full payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver strong advertising performance, Johnson Ads Media cannot guarantee specific results such as revenue growth, leads, or return on ad spend.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients will be billed for work completed before termination.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose private information without consent unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
