Refund policy

At Johnson Ads Media (operated by Johnson Media LLC), we are committed to delivering high-quality paid advertising and digital marketing services. Because our services involve strategic work, campaign setup, and time-based consulting, we maintain a clear refund policy.

1. No Returns on Services

Due to the nature of digital advertising services, completed work cannot be returned. Once advertising strategy, campaign setup, or consulting work has started, the service cannot be reversed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • A written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment

  • No advertising campaign setup, research, or consulting work has begun

  • No strategy sessions or reports have been delivered

Partial refunds may be issued if work has started but not been completed. Refund amounts will depend on the unused portion of the service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Advertising campaigns or strategies have already been delivered

  • Delays occur due to missing client access, assets, or approvals

  • A client changes their mind after work has begun

  • Advertising results vary due to market conditions or external platform factors

4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

Clients may cancel recurring advertising management services at any time, provided notice is given 7 days before the next billing cycle.

5. Requesting a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for the refund request

Requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
